Let’s discuss what we definitely know about Donald Trump’s relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Two years before he died, Epstein described himself as once having been Trump’s “closest friend.” Trump, for his part, once called Epstein “a terrific guy” and “a lot of fun to be with,” noting that Epstein “likes beautiful women as much as I do—and many of them are on the younger side.”
After years of friendship, Trump and Epstein fell out in 2004 over which of them would acquire a Palm Beach mansion ironically called Maison de l’Amitié. (Trump won and quickly flipped the property after buying it from under Epstein.) But even after Epstein’s 2019 death, Trump has often parsed his words very carefully about the pedophile and his girlfriend/procurer Ghislaine Maxwell.
While Epstein and Maxwell were still roaming free in 2017, Trump hired Alex Acosta as his first Secretary of Labor. As U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida a decade earlier, Acosta oversaw the federal investigation into Epstein’s sexual abuse and trafficking of underage girls. Without consulting the victims, he gave Epstein a non-prosecution deal that was barely a slap on the wrist. Acosta allowed Epstein to plead guilty to state charges and granted federal immunity to him and his co-conspirators (keeping the names of all others who participated in the pedophilia secret).
After this sweetheart deal, Epstein barely missed a step, continuing to abuse girls for more than a decade until Miami Herald reporter Julie K. Brown published a three-part series, Perversion of Justice, which exposed Acosta’s sham investigation, reignited calls for justice and led to Epstein’s subsequent arrest in 2019.
Had Acosta actually prosecuted Epstein in 2008, the timeline would have covered the years when Trump and Epstein were very friendly. Epstein’s most vocal accuser, the late Virginia Giuffre, said that she was first groomed by Maxwell in 2000, when she was working as an underage locker room assistant at Mar-a-Lago. Who knows what would have out in public testimony about Trump, Epstein’s erstwhile “best friend” and others had Epstein actually stood trial?
When federal officials finally arrested Maxwell for her role in helping Epstein traffic young girls, Trump was atypically circumspect. “'I wish her well… I’m not looking for anything bad for her,” he said about madam who had been accused by multiple women of abuse and trafficking.
Later, Trump grew concerned about what Maxwell would say about him after her arrest. According to a book by New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman:
“Trump asked his aides in 2020, ‘You see that article in the [New York] Post today that mentioned me?’
“He kept going, to silence. ‘She say anything about me?’”
In 2024, Trump hemmed and hawed when the hosts of Fox and Friends asked him whether, as president, he would release the Epstein list. “Yeah, yeah I would. I guess I would," Trump said. "I think less so because you don’t know, you don’t want to affect people’s lives if it’s phony stuff in there, because there’s a lot of phony stuff with that whole world, but I think I would.”
Until yesterday, it was unclear whether such an Epstein list ever really existed — but then Trump inadvertently gave up the game in a Truth Social post.
What does this tell you? First, there are “files” that actually exist. If there were not, Trump would not be alluding to them being “written” by his enemies.
Second, these files clearly mention Trump or other figures whom he cares about because without them, he would not have needed to invent the fiction that Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and all his other enemies had “written” them. (Let’s be honest: Trump does not actually care about anyone but himself, so it is quite likely that it is his name that is mentioned somewhere in these documents or witness testimony.)
Invoking the “Russia Hoax” is the biggest tell of all. When there was explicit evidence that Russia interfered in the 2016 election to help his campaign, the only thing Trump could do was to convince his band of Kool-Aid guzzling acolytes that the whole thing was a hoax.
The MAGA cultists largely fell for it back then, because Trump took them all for fools. And if they fall for his Epstein spin now, they will prove him right once again.
“When you buy apples, when you buy bacon, when you buy eggs, they would double and triple the price over a short period of time, and I won an election based on that. We're going to bring those prices way down." - Donald Trump, Meet the Press, December 8, 2024.
Below is the most recently available national data on the average price of apples, bacon, and eggs. It’s been nearly six months and those prices are not “way down.” In fact, they are all way up.
Apples (Honeycrisp, per pound): $2.63 (up from $2.31 when Biden left office and up from $1.79 this time last year)
Bacon (sliced, per pound): $6.985 (May, 2025, up from $6.915 in December, 2024, which was Biden’s last full month in office)
Eggs (Grade A, Large, per dozen): $4.55 (May, 2025, up from $4.15 in December, 2024, which was Biden’s last full month in office)
Salty Monday:
We are in Grave Danger
Fascism has arrived in the United States, enabled by a terrified Congress and a feckless Supreme Court. While the severe cuts to health care and food assistance in the Big Beautiful Bill will surely kill countless people, the real crime — the one we need to talk about urgently — is the $100 billion it

Thank you to everyone who has lent support to our project to highlight the plight of individual men, women and children who will be hurt by Trump’s Big Beautiful Bill. If you are someone affected by this law, please contact me and tell me your story. The plan is to create easily digestible narratives that can be repurposed for social media to put real faces to the horrors of this legislation. We need to get the word out about how this president is hurting the people he was elected to protect.

No way in hell Loser POSUS Trump wrote that "UNTRUTH" post. He may have whined something similar incoherently to … Bondi?
I think those files went into Trump's safe. He can use them to blackmail MANY people around the world. Epstein's work of amassing compromising evidence on people in power for Israeli Intelligence will be put to further nefarious use. Trump learned the art of sleaze from his mentor Roy Cohn
He’s fucking you MAGA, and us as well. A lot of the evidence is circling the independent media sites in plain view. Do your own research. Don’t just take Fox’s word for things. What you will realize if you pursue the facts with a mind open to different views other than the propaganda being force fed to you, is that DJT is THE DEEP STATE AND A PEDOPHILE.
You may also realize that none of the accomplishments Trump (or Bondi) are bragging about are reality. The American public, both Liberals and Conservatives, are being played for suckers by the current Republican regime. They need us to hate each other. They need us to focus on manufactured crisis and emergencies, to distract us all from being robbed blind and being betrayed to our factual enemies. FUX SKEWS THE NEW - WE ALL LOSE.
The battle underway should be between all of us and the billionaire cabal that wants it all for themselves. They will forgive trump for any despicable sin or failure, as long as he acts in their interests first. They want us all under their repressive thumb enslaved for their enrichment.
You have a choice to make. Will you be duped and support this traitorous regime, or will you defend a free and diverse America? If you choose to stand behind the criminal Trump and his Palantir sponsored VP Vance, you can rest assured that eventually they reward your misguided loyalty by sacrificing and discarding you. If the ultra rich succeed, they won’t want to tarnish their reputation by associating with us common folk. To them, we are all the marks, the suckers and the vermin.
Trump always tells on himself and it’s obvious from the way he’s acting about these Epstein files he’s got plenty to hide. Most likely it goes way beyond sex with 12 year olds. Anyone who has paid even casual attention to Trump knows he brags about his sexual conquests and has no shame in talking about even young girls bodies. His admiration of his own daughter’s doesn’t make the idea of acting on just about anything sexual too far a leap. Trump has a problem on his hands because the MAGA’s have ahold of a bone they just won’t let go of. I’m a lot more interested in the non sexual nature of those files. A little hanky panky with Russia maybe?
