I rather not give this a heart Julie. This is just sad to see that we have these people that live in this country or anywhere else for that matter.

You mean, the ones who received pardons? Yeah, the Justice Department will get right on that!

Here's a little reality check:

Just as MAGA finally had to let go of Hillary's emails and Obamacare, it's time for "progressives" to put Jan 6 in the rear view mirror. If you make the next election about Jan 6, it will turn out the same as the last one.

This comment is taken from my latest post that compares Trump’s behavior with Hitler’s behavior through the lens of Hannah Arendt’s seminal study, “The Origins of Totalitarianism”, original copyright 1948.

Trump is not Hitler, not even close, but he knows how Hitler got his power and with grim persistence is copying him. It may not seem like it, but Trump is in his pre-power existence. For young Americans today, fascist, let alone totalitarian, rule seems inconceivable, but Trump is marching right down the yellow brick road laid down by Hitler; Trump’s direction and progress are unmistakable. It is his pathway to unparalleled power and legacy.

“Real power is fear”, Trump’s words. Hitler would agree, he found it more useful than direct threats and crimes against individuals, to use indirect, veiled, and menacing hints against all who will not heed him. Once again, there is no daylight between Hitler and Trump. Indoctrination is inevitably coupled with terror.

Another Hitler tool to avoid argument is saying: Only the future can reveal its merits. Trump uses that all the time. Following Trump’s “liberation Day” suite of wide-ranging global tariffs, he avoided argument with these responses: ‘the economy will soon be booming, I think it’s all going to work out. So, there’s going to be a transition period.’ Trump once again refusing to share his true aims.

She’s wrong and should be deported. These Nazis are traitors. Trump’s support of Nazis is treasonous. One being wrong doesn’t make the other right

Just like the others sentenced to prison terms this guy is scum. The only reason Trump pardoned him and the others is because he’s on a mission to pretend 1/6 never happened. He wants to whitewash it and turn it into a patriotic church picnic so he doesn’t look like what it actually was. Trump is a traitor to the country. He attempted to overthrow the government and because he’s such a wuss he had his lunatic supporters do it for him. Trump and this creep in the revolting shirt both belong in a prison cell. Trump won’t see one baring some miracle but these 1/6 criminals probably will because once a piece of garbage always one. Just a matter of time for him.
