I am hosting an emergency Substack Live tonight at 8 PM ET with

We will be discussing what the hell just happened in the Oval Office between Donald Trump and Volodymyr Zelensky.I will have a lot to say about all this tonight but at this very moment, I am simply beside myself. My parents and I arrived in this country as Soviet refugees in 1980 with $90 between the three of us. We gave up everything on earth to come here because we knew this country has always stood on the side of righteousness and democracy. Until today.

Thank you. Besides being sick to my stomach, I am truly scared for Zelensky's life. Putin and DT would only love to install their own president in Ukraine. My question: Should NATO kick the U.S. out? The point of NATO is to stop Russia's expansionism. Now that the U.S. no longer endorses its mission, why keep the U.S. as a member? DT lies and says Ukraine invaded Russia and the US now votes with N. Korea, Iran and Russia at the U.N. The U.S. is now an axis country. Democrats need to go outside of their districts and hold townhall meetings since Repubs won't and find out if this is what Americans voted for. If yes then I'm the one who doesn't belong here.
I agree with the other commenters. I would add I have already written to all my representatives in Congress to tell them how awful this was and that true patriotism and adherence to the Constitution eschews this behavior!
