ICE doesn’t enforce borders. It enforces whiteness. An agency that recruits with neo-Nazi slogans and detains citizens based on how they look is not broken — it is working exactly as a white nationalist institution should.

Today, ICE is an institution built around a racialized idea of who belongs in America and who does not. That worldview, where whiteness is presumed American and everyone else is treated as suspect, is the definition of white nationalism. And it is embedded in ICE’s daily operations.

Yesterday, ICE lowered its mask (not literally — the agents are still masked, like the cowards they are ) to reveal the truth about its real motive, which is to Make America White Again.
